Finnish Fluency Lab – Terms & Conditions
Finnish Fluency Lab sessions take place online using Zoom. You will need a reliable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone. By joining, you agree to participate respectfully during sessions and breakout-room practice.
Membership and payments
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
Finnish Fluency Lab is provided as a recurring subscription through Hotmart. Payments and renewals are processed according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Hotmart. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund and guarantee conditions shown at checkout and the applicable Hotmart terms.
Outside these conditions, membership payments are non-refundable.
No refunds, credits or replacement sessions are provided for sessions you choose not to attend.
Session times
Current session dates and times are shown in the Finnish Fluency Lab member calendar.
Regular session times may occasionally be changed, added or removed according to availability and demand. Reasonable notice will be given whenever possible.
Membership provides access to the Finnish Fluency Lab session programme and does not guarantee that a particular weekly session time will remain permanently available.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled by Finnish Fluency Lab
If Finnish Fluency Lab needs to cancel an individual scheduled session, members will be informed and a replacement session at the same or a similar time will normally be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
If this is not possible, an alternative session option will be provided.
Holidays and planned breaks
Session times may be reduced, moved or temporarily paused during Christmas, summer holidays or other occasional holiday periods.
Planned holiday timetable changes will be published in the member calendar and communicated to members in advance. These planned timetable changes are part of the Finnish Fluency Lab schedule and are not treated as unexpected individual session cancellations.
If an extended closure substantially affects the normal Finnish Fluency Lab programme, arrangements for affected memberships will be communicated separately in advance.
