Finnish Fluency Lab sessions take place online using Zoom. You will need a reliable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone. By joining, you agree to keep your camera on and participate respectfully during sessions and breakout-room practice.
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. Payment is made by PayPal invoice and must be received before membership access is provided.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the first session of the membership period has taken place. No refunds, credits or replacement sessions are provided for sessions you do not attend.
If Finnish Fluency Lab needs to cancel or reschedule a session, members will be informed and an appropriate replacement will be provided.
